acceptance

by downloading, installing, or using the kolorz mobile app (the "service"), you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. if you don't agree, please don't use the service.

eligibility

you must be at least 16 years old to use kolorz. by using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

what kolorz is (and isn't)

kolorz is an emotional color intelligence app. it lets you describe how you feel at moments throughout the day, matches your text to a curated emotion card with its own palette and reading, and builds a visual color story over time.

kolorz is positioned as a mirror — a reflective, aesthetic tool — not as a habit tracker, mood score, or wellness coach. it is not:

• a medical device or diagnostic tool
• therapy or counseling
• a substitute for professional mental health care

if you're going through something difficult, please reach out to a qualified mental health professional, your gp, or local emergency services.

your account

kolorz works anonymously by default — you don't need to create an account to use the core features. an anonymous device identifier links your auras together on this device.

if you want your data to sync across devices, you can sign in with apple (on ios) or google (on android). this is optional. if you sign in, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. notify us at hello@kolorz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

your content

the emotion text you write inside kolorz is yours. you retain full ownership of it.

by using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• store your text on your behalf so we can show it back to you and build your color story;
• process it through the matching pipeline to identify a relevant emotion card;
• if you are a pro subscriber, send curated context to our ai sub-processor (openai) to generate the deeper reading layers (the path, the spectrum, period reflections).

we do not sell your content. we do not transfer it to third parties for advertising. we do not use it to train any model. see the privacy policy for details.

subscriptions & payments

kolorz has a free tier with full emotion matching, baseline readings, and color story browsing. kolorz pro unlocks deeper reading layers (the path, the spectrum) and ai-written daily / weekly / monthly insights.

billing & renewal

• subscriptions are sold and managed by apple (app store, ios) and google (google play, android), depending on your platform.
• current pricing is shown in-app and on the relevant store before you confirm.
• subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• we never see your payment card details.

cancellation & refunds

• you can cancel anytime in your apple or google account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• refunds are handled by apple or google according to their published policies. we cannot issue refunds directly for store purchases.
• restore purchases is supported — sign in with the same apple id / google account on a new device to recover your subscription.

eu consumer right of withdrawal

if you're a consumer in the eu, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. by starting to use pro features immediately on purchase, you may be considered to have consented to the supply beginning before the withdrawal period ends and to have waived this right (per eu consumer rights directive). store-level refund policies still apply.

acceptable use

please don't:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app (except where applicable law allows it);
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure or other users' data (note: there is no shared content in kolorz — this is precautionary);
• circumvent paywalls, license checks, or security measures;
• use the service to harass, threaten, or harm anyone (including yourself, in the sense of planning self-harm — please reach out to a professional if you are);
• use the service in violation of any applicable law.

intellectual property

the kolorz app, the color story system, the emotion card library (names, palettes, copy, illustrations), the brand assets (logo, wordmark), and all source code are owned by krasava eood and protected by intellectual property laws.

we use open-source software in kolorz; attributions and license notices are available on request and surfaced where required.

disclaimers

the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ai-generated readings will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. ai output is generated content and should be read as a reflective prompt, not as advice.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, krasava eood and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).

nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including statutory consumer rights in the eu.

termination

you can stop using kolorz at any time. you can delete your account from settings → delete account, which removes your data per the schedule described in the privacy policy.

we may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users or to us. we'll give notice where reasonably possible.

changes

changes to the service

we may add, modify, or remove features as the product evolves. we'll do our best to give notice of significant changes.

changes to these terms

we may update these terms from time to time. material changes will be surfaced inside the app before they take effect. the date at the top of this page always shows the most recent revision. continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

governing law & disputes

these terms are governed by the laws of bulgaria, the seat of krasava eood, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

if you are a consumer resident in the european union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protections afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the eu member state where you reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your member state.

the european commission also operates an online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
